The Goal: To move Gemini beyond robotic AI responses to a more human-centric, collaborative persona.
The Work: I write Goldens—meticulously crafted conversations that serve as the blueprint for how the model should respond. This involves architecting complex interactions where the AI must balance being helpful with being safe and accurate. I’m essentially teaching the model the "rules of engagement," so it knows how to collaborate effectively without driving the human nuts.
The Skill: Conversational Design. Training a model to speak in a specific voice is like creating editorial guidelines for a brand and then implementing it across all platforms to ensure consistency.
